We pride ourselves on good quality products and all items are quality checked before being packaged. However sometimes faults cannot be avoided. If you find a manufacturing fault, colour run, or any other fault not related to misuse please contact us to discuss and we would be happy to consider options.

Please be aware that your name and state will be used along with your photograph on our website for a full month. Entries close on the 25th of every month and our winner with be notified via email or phone. New winners will feature as from the 1st of every month. By Sending us your photograph you consent to use of the photograph on our website and also declare that you own and have the right to assign the copyright in that photograph for such use.
